  • Amaranth flour is a naturally gluten-free, protein-rich flour derived from the ancient super grain of the Aztecs. It is 100% stone ground and is especially high in the amino acid Iysine, which is lacking in many grains. This little powerhouse is perfect for gluten-free and vegan diets.

    High in fibre and a good source of magnesium and iron, Amaranth is a incredible addition to your diet. It has a mild but distinct, slightly sweet, nutty, earthy and malt-like flavour. It's a great way to enhance flavour of your baked goodies. It can be used alone or in combination with other flours in baking everything from cookies to muffins and cakes. 

  • Use Amaranth flour in all your baking and cooking recipes.

    Once opened, store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
