Bentonite Clay is comprised of naturally deep cleansing minerals that promote and support general health and wellbeing. It can be used externally or internally and is well regarded for its ability to absorb and remove toxins from the body. Internal suggestions
Clay drink: add 1 heaped teaspoon to a glass of water, juice or your fave smoothie. Lightly stir, and you're ready to go.
Premixed clay drink: Mix 1 part clay to 10 parts water, e.g: 100g of clay to 1L of water. 1 serve = 50mL. Dilute with water or juice as required. Shake well before use.

Topical suggestions
Clay bath: use 1-2 cups of clay per bath
Clay facial: Mix 1 part clay to 2.5 parts of water. eg. add 100g (4 heaped dessertspoons) of clay to 250ml of water. Apply a thin layer of paste to the skin for 10 - 20 min. or longer if preferred. Some may wish to leave it for approximately one hour. There is no set time limit. Even a regular 5min facial is effective in maintaining clean healthy skin. Remove with a damp cloth.

Add the clay to the water not the water to the clay.

"After several weeks of use, I must say that this cup performs greatly. Like what others have said, this cup allows the coffee to lower in temperature which didn't colour the flavour of the coffee in a bad way. The flavours have been consistent from cup after cup. I've even put the cup through the greatest test of all - leave left over coffee in there for several hours. In most cups, that will forever taint the scent of the cup which will also alter the aromatics you experience while drinking from it. The leftover oils didn't seem to latch onto the cup too much, and whatever scent was left was removed by a simple wash with dish soap."

You can use Minerals Multi-Purpose Foundation two ways.

1. Combined with your skin care routine.
Tap: Take a small pea sized amount of foundation in the palm of your hand.
Pump: Add 1-2 pumps of your favourite facial serum or facial oil.
Blend: Mix in your hand, then apply to your face till blended in.
Use more powder to create a more full-coverage foundation, or less powder (and more oil) for more of a tinted moisturiser look.

2. If you prefer a dry foundation, you can use a brush to apply Minerals by itself.
Moisturise: Apply your favorite facial serum, facial oil, or other moisturize to prep and nourish your skin.
Tap: Tap a small pea-sized amount of mineral powder into the palm of your hand.
Brush: Use a clean makeup brush to apply the powder over your entire face.
For a dewy look, finish by massaging in some facial oil along your cheek bones.
