  • Pacific Harvest's furikake is a Japanese-style seasoning, made right here in New Zealand, featuring seaweed and sesame seeds. It has been specially formulated to preserve the magical flavour of the traditional Japenese furikake without the use of animal or fish products or added MSG, salt or sugar (as is traditional).

    Made with 5 different seaweeds (kelp seasoning, karengo, sea lettuce, Ao-nori, wakame) plus sesame seeds, this condiment truly is a feast for the eyes and the palate! Furikake is delicious on rice or pasta and can be used before, during or after cooking vegetables.
  • Furikake is used as a condiment or a garnish. It is perfect sprinkled on rice and noodles, an excellent seasoning to use during cooking and fantastic on vegetables before roasting or after grilling and steaming.

    It makes a wonderful statement on soups and will give taste and colour to all your dishes.
