Cara Moselyn is a fitness coach with over 10 years experience, who fell in love with oils as self care ritual when she had a baby (because she couldn’t take care of herself like she used to by just moving!). Cara will be teaching you:
- How to use oils for emotional support in your daily routine.
- How to draw on oils with intention to support yourself changes in energy and mood, as your self care daily ritual.
- How to use oils to support intentional physical movement.
- What oils can help you before and after exercise.
