Whole Vanilla Beans
- With their distinctive shine and intoxicating fragrance, Heilala Vanilla Beans are in a league of their own. The beans, grown sustainably and organically in the beautiful islands of Tonga, are moist, plump, and packed full of seeds and flavour. Use a whole bean if the recipe requests or lay the bean on a chopping board, split open with a sharp knife and scrape out the vanilla seeds. The vanilla beans are great in hot or cold mixtures and excellent to use in baking, desserts and smoothies.
- Add to your favourite smoothie, raw dessert, baking recipes, or anything else that calls for a delicious vanilla flavour.
After opening, store in a cool dark place. Avoid direct sunlight or high humidity areas.

Heilala Vanilla began as an aid project to assist a village in one of the most beautiful and remote places on the globe, Vava'u Islands, Kingdom of Tonga. They practice organic growing principles in the most perfect and natural growing environment. Our Vanilla is grown in organic virgin soil, on coconut husk frames, hand pollinated and dried under the Pacific Sun, then stored at optimum conditions to ensure full flavour to develop.
Our practice of true sustainability with the local village has enabled resources for education and infrastructure, which they otherwise may not have had. The result is the richest grade of Vanilla in the Asia Pacific region. A distinctive aroma, shine and plumpness.
