OUR STORE

I don't want to pay using PayPal - can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay via credit card or debit card without having a PayPal account. You can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Once you have added all your items to your cart and have proceeded to the checkout, simply select the first payment option (PayPal) and click "complete order". You can then complete your payment using the PayPal Guest Checkout option, without having to log into/sign up for a PayPal account. If you live in New Zealand, you can also pay via bank deposit. When you place your order and select the "bank deposit" option, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank account details.

My tracking number doesn't work

For our New Zealand tracked orders, you can check on the status of your package here. There are two parts to your tracking number - a two letter Ticket Product Code (eg NB), and an eight digit Ticket Number (eg. 09784437). Make sure to enter each part in the respective boxes, as seen below.

Tracking Number

If you have opted for our tracked international service, please email us directly at info@begoodorganics.com for your tracking number.

I haven't received a tracking number

We currently do not offer tracking numbers for standard international deliveries, as it increases the cost significantly. Any further queries on this can be directed to info@begoodorganics.com

You're having a sale! What can I save money on?

Our sales cover all the goodies in our store except appliances and services. That means our entire skincare and wholefoods range is available at discounted prices when we hold a sale! To make sure you don't miss out on our exclusive sales, sign up to the newsletter here

My parcel was damaged in transit, what can I do?

On the off chance your package has been damaged in transit, please take detailed photos of both the product and box it came in to show the state in which it arrived to you and was packaged. We will need this in order to be able to provide you with a credit.

New Zealand Orders

If you have been sent a tracking number, please check that using the link above first.

Often our couriers may have attempted delivery but you weren't at home. In that instance, the easiest option is to call them directly on 0800 404 303 to arrange a suitable time for them to redeliver when you will be home (or else give them permission to leave without your signature). Often the easiest thing is to use your work address as your delivery address, as then you know there will always be someone to receive during the full business day.

Please note that rural deliveries particularly in the South Island can sometimes take up to one week.

International Orders
We can sometimes have the odd parcel through the Australian post network that takes up to 3 weeks (particularly to North East and West Australia), and international up to 4 weeks.

Unfortunately it is out of our control when this occurs, but we do apologise for the delay. Please wait until the above time frames are reached before contacting us. As we use an untracked (but fully insured) service internationally, we are unable to specifically track your package and therefore must wait until this time frame before placing a claim and resending a replacement order.

Note that we do have a faster courier service available for international orders, however the cost is significantly higher. Please let us know if you wish to order via that option.

My product has sold out but I'd really like to order it

It must have been popular! Send us a note here with the product name and size, and how many you would like to pre-order. We'll then put you on our reserve list, and contact you with first priority when it arrives.

I don't want to pay shipping!

That's why we recommend everyone order over NZ$150 in New Zealand, or NZ$175/($163) in Australia*. Then we ship to you for free! This also helps us save on packaging, paper, and carbon miles while your goodies are in transit - so it's better for the environment too. Order less frequently but in larger quantities and we all win. If your order is over.

*Please note, this offer is for orders up to 2kg in weight. Orders over this amount may incur small additional shipping charges - you will be able to see if you order is over 2kg at checkout. If so, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference after you have placed your order.

Do you have a physical store I can pick up from?

We don't have a physical store at this stage, we are purely online only. For this reason, we're not properly set up for in-store pick ups. As mentioned above, we do offer free shipping for orders over $150 in NZ and over NZ$175 in Australia, which we hope you'll take advantage of. If it's an emergency and you desperately need to pick up we may be able to work something out for you, if so, contact us here.

The code for my 15% off Welcome Gift isn't working?

It might not be working because only one code can be entered in the gift voucher box at a time, so our Welcome Gift can't be used in conjunction with any other discount codes. It can however be used in conjunction with our free shipping offers so definitely worthwhile increasing your basket size to take advantage of that as well. If you're experiencing any other issues, please email us here and we'll fix that for you.

I've signed up for your list but can't find my Welcome Gift code?

Send us an email here and we'll be able to reinstate your gift voucher for you.

My parcel has not arrived

Use your tracking code to see where your parcel is at, contact castle parcel if you're having trouble with the tracking code online.

OUR BLOG

I can't find a blog post, recipe or product on your site

We have a handy wee search bar at the top left of our website. Type in anything there - from cacao to quinoa to moisturiser to auto-immune - and it will show you all the results for your search. Failing that feel free to contact us here, we'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Why do you recommend soaking nuts and seeds in your recipes?

Soaking nuts, otherwise known as activating, removes the nut's outer layer of phytic acid. This means the valuable nutrients (vitamins and minerals) within the nut are much more digestible and bio-available for your body to absorb. In many of my dairy-free 'creamy' recipes the soaking also enables you to achieve a silky smooth cream texture in your food processor or blender. I've written more about the why and how of soaking and activating of nuts here.

How can I print your recipes?

The easiest way to print our recipes at the moment would be to highlight from the "Make With" section down to the bottom of the "How To" section, then pasting it into a Word Document. We are also working on adding a "Print recipe" button to blog posts, so keep an eye out for that as well!

Where can I find the nutritional information for your recipes?

Instead of focusing on the exact nutritional information for each recipe, I choose to highlight the benefits associated with the key ingredients of each new recipe. You can find this information at the beginning of each blog post.

Can I share one of your recipes or recipe photographs on my website or social media?

Please get in touch if you would like to share one of our recipes or recipe photographs. Generally speaking, we are happy for you to share our recipe photographs if you link back to the recipe itself on our site and clearly credit Be Good Organics as the creator of the photograph. However, please do get in touch before doing so - we'd really appreciate it if you did!

If you'd like to share a particular recipe on your website, please do take the time to contact us first. It's really important that you do this, as our Google rankings will be negatively impacted if lots of people republish our recipes - making it hard for lovely readers like you to locate them! It can also negatively impact your site's rating if you duplicate our content as well - so all round, we'd really love it if you could get in touch with us before republishing anything.

ABOUT BUFFY

Is Buffy available for consultations in relation to plant-based nutrition?

Yes, Buffy is able to offer a small number of one-on-one nutrition consultations, specifically in related to plant-based nutrition. These are available both in person, and via Skype/FaceTime. Read here for more details and to book.

I've been diagnosed with Graves' disease, what would you recommend I do?

Firstly we would recommend visiting your doctor, and potentially also an endocrinologist who specialises in thyroid health. They will ensure you are tested correctly via blood tests and other diagnostic tests, and also put you on any conventional medication you need immediately to reduce your symptoms.

In conjunction with that, I would then highly recommend a natural supportive approach, which will help to address the underlying cause of the Graves' disease and your hormonal imbalance. Have a read of my about page here to start, where I talk about my recovery from Graves' disease and what I did to cure it. I've also talked about a number of the lifestyle changes I made in the following blog posts:

Top 3 Reasons to Switch to Organic Now

The Shocking Truth About The Beauty Industry

Top 10 Natural Skin Care Tips for Summer

In summary, I transitioned my diet to plant-based and organic wherever possible (removed animal products such as meat and dairy), switched all of my skin care to organic and natural alternatives, changed our household cleaning products to natural chemical-free options, and tried to reduce my stress levels. I'd definitely recommend signing up for my newsletter here, as I regularly talk about lifestyle changes that can help cure Graves' and other autoimmune and chronic diseases.
