  • Chantal Organics Brown Rice Flour is made from certified organic wholegrain rice. Its nutty flavour is paired with a slightly sweet tone. With its heavier texture, it mixes well with other flours and is a nutritious alternative to wheat flour as it is naturally gluten-free. Brown Rice flour is high in protein, iron, fibre and vitamin B. It delivers a wonderful flavour to your baked goodies and is incredibly versatile. Great for sauces, coating food, making noodles, cereals, desserts and snacks or mixed with other flours for backing projects such as bread and cookies. 

  • Use Brown Rice flour in all your baking and cooking recipes.

    Once opened, store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
