Coconut Blossom Nectar

ROAR Foods

  • This Coconut Blossom Nectar is the natural sweetener in baking and those sweet & savoury dishes. It's wholly unrefined, meaning it has both macro and micro nutrients. It's lower in fructose than honey, maple syrup and agave nectar - which is great for those watching their sugar intake.

This syrup is made by taking the coconut nectar from the coconut blossom and then dehydrated down to a thick and delicious syrup.
  • Use as a natural sweetener as a replacement for sugar, maple syrup, agave nectar or honey. Great on pancakes and waffles, adding a dollop to your breakfast bowl or in your morning coffee, smoothie, in desserts, salad dressings and more.

Note: Coconuts are not actually a nut, and if you are allergic to tree nuts (like almonds, cashews, walnuts), you will generally be fine with coconut. Please, however, check with your medical professional if you are unsure.
