  • When coconut sap is naturally batch fermented in a barrel over two years you get this delicious Coconut Sap Vinegar. This vinegar has a milder taste than the classic Apple Cider Vinegar and is often a staple in Southeast Asian cuisine. 

    Coconut Sap Vinegar is rich in vitamin C and potassium and also contains B vitamins, iron, copper, magnesium and zinc. It also provides a range of polyphenols, plant compounds that may protect against conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. It's also known to help improve digestion, immunity and aid in lowering blood sugar and supports healthy weight management. 
  • Use as you would any vinegar. Splash over stir fries, stews, sauces, marinades, chutneys, relishes, dips or pickled veg. Great in Salad dressings too!
