Mila from V On Wheels will be presenting how to make a Herby slaw with baked falafel and beetroot tzatziki. After this, Buffy from Be Good Organics will be sharing her special Mediterranian / greek style halwa to linger upon with tea. Our special guest Hafsa Yoga will offer a gentle and relaxing yoga class for all levels and ages (no yoga experience required!), so BYO yoga mat (or your neighbour's) and some comfy weekend attire.
