One thing I talk about a lot in Be Good Organics is the benefits of anti-inflammatory foods (veggies, fruits, nuts & seeds, legumes, & wholegrains) vs inflammatory ones (meat, dairy, sugar, alcohol, & processed foods). This Saturday I’m hosting a very small in-person workshop 11am in Westmere, with a good friend of mine who specialises in anti-inflammatory diets specifically the Auto-Immune Protocol which can be helpful in conditions such as psoriasis, Lupus, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Crohn’s.
