  • Be Nourished's kimchi is packed with health benefits, and has all the fiery flavour of traditional Korean recipes, where it is has been a daily part of their diet for centuries. The fermentation process produces probiotics such as euconostoc, pediococcus and lactobacillus - great for good gut health.

    Unlike other kimchi found in supermarkets, Be Nourished's version is raw and unpasteurised, which preserves all the good bacteria that aids digestion. Tangy, tasty and nutrient-filled, what's not to love!

  • Joanna Nolan founded Be Nourished in 2007, after researching ways to nourish her two children. The health benefits and probiotics of sauerkraut and kimchi made it a no-brainer to include in her family's diet, but there were no raw, organic sauerkrauts available in the market.

    So Jo started making it herself! Friends and family fell in love with her different recipes, demand for her jars grew, and Be Nourished was born. Today, Jo and her team lovingly craft six delicious varieties of raw, organic sauerkraut and kimchi packed full of nutrients and cultures for all to enjoy.
