Rolled Oats

Ceres Organics

  • Ceres Rolled Oats are nourishing, nutrient-rich grains packed with the natural goodness of wholegrain and cholesterol-fighting soluble fibre. They're also all very low GI providing with you with long-lasting sustained energy, and can be helpful for assisting with weight management. These rolled oats are wholegrain oars that have been steamed and rolled into flakes.

They cook in 5-10 minutes and have a pleasantly nutty flavour, making them perfect for making a delicious breakfast porridge. They can also be used as a versatile baking ingredient, or to make your own homemade muesli.

  • Cook with plant-based milk for a delicious porridge, and top with fruit, nuts and sweetener or spices of your choice. You can also use these to make homemade muesli, or as a crumble topping.

Once opened, store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
