Ceres Organics' sauerkraut is made simply from organically grown cabbage, fermented in its own natural juice - the name sauerkraut literally means 'sour cabbage'. But don't be put off by the name - this amazing fermentation process means that sauerkraut is rich in probiotics such as euconostoc, pediococcus and lactobacillus.
The fermentation process also helps to make certain nutrients (think calcium and magnesium) more bioavailable. Sauerkraut is also an amazing source of iron and fibre, as well as being rich in vitamins B, C and K - all round an amazing product! Crunchy and tangy, we love sauerkraut.
Ceres' sauerkraut is full of rich tangy deliciousness and is awesome in sandwiches, salads, or just on its own.

"It tastes so good! I've recently been consuming a lot of kimchi and was looking for a less spicy alternative. Bonus of sauerkraut is that it makes a perfect zingy sandwich filling. Love it with alfalfa sprouts, grated carrot and crushed falafel on sourdough but as a side to roasted potatoes it is also great!"

Our Teeccino is naturally caffeine-free herbal coffee, roasted and ground to brew and taste just like regular coffee. It is certified organic and contains numerous natural plant-based antioxidants from carob, dates, figs and almonds. Unlike regular coffee, Teeccino is non-acidic and gives you a natural energy boost from nutrients rather than stimulants.
Note that although Teeccino contains barley it has been independently tested (University of Nebraska) to show it doesn't contain gluten. Although gluten is present in barley, it typically does not extract out of the barley using conventional coffee brewing techniques.
Pour boiling water over the Tee-bag in a cup and steep for 3-5 minutes. Dunk the bag several times in the beginning for the best brew. Use two Tee-bags for a stronger brew in a larger mug or tea pot. Add plant based milk and natural sweetener, such as coconut sugar, coconut nectar, or agave, as you prefer.
Note: Vanilla Nut, Hazelnut and Java contain barley.
"I love the convenience. Nothing is lost but so much is gained. The flavour is just a good and strong (for bold coffee lovers like me). Kudos Teecino!"
- J.B. (Maryland, USA)
"I am so happy that I happened upon Teeccino. These Vanilla Nut Tee-bags are delicious and full bodied. I have stomach issues and shouldn't have coffee. I also have gluten sensitivity and cannot have gluten. Apparently, even though Teeccino contains barley, no gluten is present in the brewed drink. I have had no problems with it whatsoever. I am thrilled to have such a tasty coffee substitute that stands on its own in terms of its complex flavour. "
Teeccino herbal coffee, known throughout the world as a best selling organic coffee alternative, is roasted & ground to brew and taste like coffee. Created by Caroline MacDougall, an award winning herbal beverage designer, Teeccino satisfies the needs of coffee drinkers who want to enjoy the flavour of fresh brewed coffee without caffeine, gluten or acidity. Provides a natural energy boost from nutrients, not stimulants. Brew Teeccino just like coffee or steep Teeccino Tee-bags just like tea.
Kelp Noodles are a sea vegetable in the form of an easy to eat noodle. Made of only kelp (a sea vegetable), sodium alginate (sodium salt extracted from a brown seaweed), and water, Kelp Noodles are fat-free, gluten free and very low in carbohydrates and calories. Their noodle form and neutral taste allow for a variety of uses including in salads and stir-fries. They provide a rich source of trace minerals including iodine, which kelp is well known for, and is important for optimal thyroid function.
Kelp Noodles make a super healthy and tasty alternative to regular white wheat pasta and noodles.
No cooking is required, just rinse, cut noodles into your desired length, and add to any dish and they're ready to go. They're best added right at the end of cooking, so as not to heat them too much and destroy the valuable nutrients.
After opening, store any unused noodles in water.
