  • Pacific Harvest Sea Spaghetti is a totally natural raw sea vegetable with a pleasant, fresh taste of the sea. It is easy to digest, extremely nutritious and delicious alternative to pasta. It can be used as a vegetable, mixed into salads or blended into recipes. Can be eaten either raw or cooked.

    Harvest's Sea Spaghetti is a North Atlantic sea vegetable and is imported from Europe, sustainably harvested from the wild in Brittany, France.
  • Upon soaking, Sea Spaghetti grows in size and becomes soft, just like dente pasta. It can be boiled or steamed for about 10 minutes or if eaten raw, should be soaked in water for at least one hour (it can be soaked all day).

All of the sea vegetables are selected and hand-harvested by professionals that have made a career of harvesting seaweed. This process is undertaken in areas of New Zealand where nature has remained pristine and free of contaminants.
