Jessie and Buffy will be talking about sleep onset, sleep maintenance, a suggested routine you can follow at home, and what essential oils, supplements, and plant-based oils and herbs you can use to support yourself to achieve a restful night's sleep.
Jessie Buttons, also known as The New Zealand Super Nanny, is a Teacher, Speaker and Behaviour Consultant. She has an amazing ability to inspire and coach parents, helping them to come to a new level of understanding. Buffy meanwhile is a certified nutritionist and naturopath specialising in plant-based food and medicine, with a strong interest in sleep.
