Do not let the name fool you: Bergamot Mint is not a citrus at all, but a gentle member of the mint family (Mentha citrata) with a surprisingly floral, lavender-like scent. Think of it as the softer, more relaxed cousin of Peppermint.

That makes it a lovely choice for anyone who finds classic mints too sharp. Diffuse it when the house needs to feel fresh but calm, or add it to a massage blend for a soothing, comforting finish.

Aroma: Floral and lavender-like, with a light minty lift.
  • • Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to the diffuser of choice.
    • Topical use: Dilute one drop with two drops of carrier oil before applying, to minimise any skin sensitivity.
    • Internal use: Not recommended. Bergamot Mint is for aromatic and topical use only.

    Ways to use it
    • Diffuse in the evening for a fresh yet relaxing atmosphere
    • Blend with a carrier oil for a calming shoulder and neck massage
    • Pair with Lavender or Wild Orange in the diffuser
    • Add a few drops to an unscented body lotion

Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas.
  • 15mL: Bergamot Mint oil (Mentha citrata), leaf and stem.
