Black Spruce brings the crisp air of a northern forest indoors. Distilled from the needles and branches of Picea mariana, a hardy evergreen that thrives in the cold boreal forests of Canada, it has a clean, balsamic scent with a soft, fruity edge.

It is a beautifully grounding oil to diffuse when life feels busy, and a favourite in massage blends after time outdoors or a hard workout. Paired with citrus oils, it makes the home smell like a walk through the trees.

    Aroma: Balsamic, green, fruity, woody.
  • • Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to the diffuser of choice.
    • Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area, diluted with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
    • Internal use: Not recommended. Black Spruce is for aromatic and topical use only.
