Cilantro is what much of the world calls fresh coriander leaves, and this oil is distilled from exactly that: the green leaves of Coriandrum sativum. The result is a bright, zesty herb in a bottle, perfect for anyone who loves Thai, Mexican or Indian cooking.

It is a handy way to add fresh-herb flavour when the garden is bare, and its clean, green aroma helps the kitchen smell fresh after cooking.
