Shinrin-yoku is the Japanese practice of forest bathing: slowing down and soaking up the atmosphere of the trees. This blend bottles that feeling, with Siberian Fir, Hinoki and Cypress layered with bright Lemon and Pink Grapefruit, soft Magnolia, Geranium and Lavandin and a grounding touch of Patchouli and Cardamom.

Diffuse it when you cannot get outside and need a mental reset.

Aroma: Fresh, green, woody, softly floral.
  • • Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to the diffuser of choice.
    • Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area, diluted with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
    • Internal use: Not recommended. For aromatic and topical use only.
